Because The Heirloom Project offers handmade goods, cut fabric, and products in limited quantities, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Because many of our products are made or offered in limited quantities, an identical replacement may not always be available. In that case, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Handmade Items
Handmade items may have small variations that are a natural part of the making process. These variations are part of the character of a handmade piece and are not considered damage.

Final Sale
All fabric, pre-cut and curated fabric bundles, handmade quilts, sale items, and gift cards are final sale unless they arrive damaged or you receive an incorrect item.
